Helped concept STYLECASTER's top-to-bottom site relaunch and full rebranding in 2016, which garnered back-to-back Webby nominations. Launched new homepage and open-ended blogging platform on SheKnows.com.
Managed editorial operations and branded content initiatives, editorial calendar and programming, departmental budget, hiring, and growth forecasting. Edited various channels’ content flow—roughly 20 articles daily—and assigned and packaged features and advertiser-driven programs.
Directed edit, product and technology teams, and steered overarching site strategy. Implemented branded integration programming, and worked with corporate on native-at-scale content, polar advertising, video, and other Conde-driven business initiatives. Helped concept a top-to-bottom site and app relaunch in 2015, which garnered a People's Choice Webby for Best Fashion + Beauty site.
